Joint Pain & Mobility
Osteopaths encourage your joints to move using gentle techniques to increase the joints range of movement and stretch muscles and tendons which have become tight.
Mobility helps reduce inflammation, pain and stiffness. As we get older joints naturally become stiffer and osteopathy works to limit restrictions to your mobility to help you keep active.
Arthritis
Whilst there is no cure for arthritis, osteopathy can ease arthritic symptoms such as pain, swelling and stiffness in joints and tissues and muscles around the joint.

General Check-up
Even if you are not experiencing pain an osteopathic examination and treatment can prevent against conditions developing and advise on maintaining good physical health.
During their examinations your osteopath can detect skin conditions, ulcerations or swelling, and other observations patients are not aware of which we can pass on to your GP.
