Award-Winning Service & Treatment
Every patient is different, but our excellent service is the same.
Back & Neck Pain
Osteopaths treat all the joints in the body and the muscles and ligaments attached to these. Our work is particularly effective on the spine, and a lot of patients come into clinic with neck and back pain, which we have great success in helping patients recover from.
Headaches
So many patients seek our help for headaches or migraines. Common issues like jaw (TMJ), neck or back pain, whether it is caused by posture or stresses at work or home. Osteopathy is gentle, effective and patients rely on treatment so they can avoid painkillers and time off work.
Sciatica
Sciatica is caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve which can be really painful and debilitating. Osteopathy helps relax muscles to release the trapped nerves, reducing the pain and discomfort. Work is also done on muscles, joints and tissues to help ensure the sciatica does not reoccur.
Pain & Stiffness
Many people accept aches and pains or decide to “wait and see” if they go away. Osteopathy is effective in reducing any pain or discomfort. Our treatment keeps your joints mobile and improves, or, maintains your muscle strength for resilience, so you can stay active without limitation.
Golf Swing
Using the Titleist Performance Institute’s 15-point protocol we can identify and treat restrictions in your body which are affecting your swing. This can help increase performance or to help you enjoy golf without any aches and pains around the golf course, or after.
Fatigue
If you still feel tired a good night’s sleep, struggle to retain information, or feel exhausted after simple activities, our team can help. We use The Perrin Technique to diagnose and treat ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Long-Covid, but if you don’t fit the criteria we can still use its principles to help you become more energised.
